Popular street-pop artist, Asake, dropped a new single, 2-30, yesterday.
The artist dropped his single at midnight on the 5th of April, and this is following his earlier released single, Yoga, which dropped early this year.

His new single which leans on the afro-fusion phase is no different from the typical Asake which we are all accustomed to, the artist is known for dropping multiple singles, multiple times in a year and following his fast rise last year 2022 when he dropped an EP, multiple singles and his debut album in the space of a year, Asake is undoubtedly an artist with the sauce.

His appearance on Davido’s album, Timeless, in the track No Competition, was spoken on for days and remains one of the best tracks on the album. On the song, we hear Asake’s love struck self as opposed to his usual message of self worth and vibes conveyed in his music.
