Aaron Ramsey brought back his brilliant scoring skill as Arsenal took out their weekend frustration of losing to Stoke, crushing Galatasaray in a 4 – 1 victory.
Lukas Podolski’s early opener brought confidence for Arsenal and Ramsey’s brace, one of which was an exquisite volley from outside the box, sealed the victory.
Wenger said afterwards: “What hurt Galatasaray in both games was our pace and power.”
Thrilled by Ramsey’s brilliant come back, Arsenal players took to Twitter to express their delight
2 goals each for me & Rambo! Great win, told you we would bring the point back to London! Thanks fans…

In the next round, Arsenal could draw one of Porto or Monaco in addition to the likes of Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid or Real Madrid.
