The appeal court has affirmed the suspension of Adams Oshiomhole as National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Tuesday.
The three members of the panel led by Justice Mohammed Lamido struck out Oshiomhole’s appeal for lacking in merit.
Consequently, the Appeal court affirmed the decision of an Abuja Hugh court to suspend the APC national chairman, Adams Oshiomhole in March.

This is coming on the heels of two governorship elections in Edo and Ondo States later this year.
The sitting Governor of Edo State. Godwin Obaseki was disqualified by the national working Committee of the APC from contesting in the party Primaries to realise his second term ambition.
This led to Obaseki leaving the party on Tuesday.
