Sources have told Sunday Tribune that the All Progressives Congress, APC is set to hold another Salvation Rally in Lagos and Kano on Tuesday and Thursday respectively and the two rallies are to further expose the wrongdoings of the ruling party, Peoples Democratic Party.
The APC on Wednesday held a similar rally in Abuja, the party was attended by top party members like Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (rtd.), Ogbonaya Onu, Nasir El-Rufai , Olagunsoye Oyinlola, Rotimi Amaechi etc.
During the Salvation Rally at Abuja, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, the National Chairman of APC said Nigerians that are desirous of positive change must say no to impunity, no to corruption, no to scorched-earth politics and no to do or die politics.
He said “we are here today as a practical demonstration of our lack of confidence in the ability or willingness of President Goodluck Jonathan to organize a free and fair election come February 2015.”
