The National Working Committee (NWC) Panel of the All Progressives Congress (APC) sent to monitor the party’s gubernatorial primary election in Lagos has adopted Tuesday’s polls conducted across the 245 wards in Lagos.
The panel led by Clement Ebri also declared Babajide Sanwo-Olu as the winner of the gubernatorial primary.
Recall that the State Chairman of the APC, Tunde Balogun had announced at the ACME Road, Ogba State Secretariat of the party on Tuesday that Sanwo-Olu polled 970,851 votes to defeat incumbent Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, who polled 72,901 votes.

Ebri had initally annulled the poll, citing its inconsistency with the APC guidelines.
