The Chairman, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Prince Uche Secondus, has urged Nigerians to vote out the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2019 if they not want to continue to experience hunger and deprivation for the next four years.
According to his spokesman, Ike Abonyi, Secondus gave this charge while addressing party members and supporters at a rally organised by the North-west zone of the party in Katsina State, President Muhammadu Buhari’s home state.
The rally was organised to formally accept decamping members from the opposition into its fold.
The PDP chairman said Nigerians would not survive another four years under the APC-led Federal Government.
Secondus accused the Buhari administration of showing discord among Nigerians.
He added that even in the president’s home state, nothing in form of development can be shown by the APC in its three years in office.
“In Katsina State, APC has nothing to show outside what late Umaru Yar Adua and Ibrahim Shema did for you. PDP is the only party that has the interest of the people at heart; it’s the only party that will guarantee national unity,” he said.
