Another attempted suicide has reportedly been averted after a man around the Festac area of Lagos attempted to jump into the river.
The report was disclosed by a social media user who shared photos from the attempted suicide scene online.
The social media user narrated that two canoe men jumped into the lagoon in search of the man.
Michael O. Dedon who shared the story online wrote: “Another suicide at Festac Link Bridge? The search for the fellow who took the plunge is still ongoing. But what can the two men in the canoe searching with a long stick really achieve?”
