Annie Idibia Blows Hot Over Attack On Old Cancer Campaign

2 Min Read

Fame and stardom comes with its pros and cons, and for Nollywood Actress Anne Idibia, the case is no different.

It came as a rude shock for the wife of music legend, 2Face Idibia when she caught wind of a report alleging that she is suffering from cancer and needs urgent prayers.

The reporter from a particular blog shared a photo of Mrs Idibia from a photoshoot where she was costumed to look like a bald woman to promote breast cancer awareness.

The report claimed that Annie’s husband and African Queen singer Tuface Idibia was soliciting for prayers for his wife who is ”battling cancer.”

This definitely didn’t sit down well with the actress as she demanded the post be “taken down immediately.”

She wrote:

Why Would Anyone Do This Just To Get Traffic To Their Blog !!!
This Was A Campaign I Did With A Very Creative Makeup Artists Against Cancer 3 Or 4 Years Ago I Think ! It’s Really Unfair To Post Such A LIE Just For Traffic! Whoever did this , I Pray That You Or Your Love one DONT Encounter This ! This Isn’t A Joke ! TAKE IT DOWN NOW!!!!

PS: This publication in no way or manner discriminates against people living with cancer. Regular tests and medical check ups cannot be over emphasized in the fight against the deadly disease. If early signs are detected, see a doctor.
