Argentine winger Angel Di Maria reportedly refused to sign a new contract with Real Madrid and has asked to leave the Club.
“Di Maria rejected the club’s offer to stay at Madrid, so we are looking for a solution,” announced Carlo Ancelotti.
The 27-year-old has been heavily linked with Manchester United who were willing to pay up to £100 million to sign him. Arsenal and Paris Saint Germain also came close to signing the starlet earlier this summer.
Manager Carlo Ancelotti is unwilling to let go of Di maria “We will find a solution for Di Maria before the end of the transfer window, but he remains a Madrid player for now.” he said.
Di Maria’s future is on the line with stiff competition at Old Trafford following the arrival of World cup stars James Rodriguez
and Toni Kroos at the club this summer.
