The highly anticipated ninth edition of the Africa Movie Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) took place on Saturday at the prestigious Eko Hotels in Lagos State, Nigeria. The glamorous event was co-hosted by popular TV host IK Osakioduwa and former Miss Universe, Zozibini Tunzi, who added charm and elegance to the evening.

This year, the AMVCA witnessed three former Big Brother housemates shine brightly as they clinched top honors in various categories. Diane Russet walked away with the coveted award for “Best Original Drama Series,” while Elozonam was honored for his outstanding contributions in the “Best Online Social Content Category.” Tobi Bakre, on the other hand, emerged as the “Best Actor in Drama,” cementing his place as a rising star in the industry.

Recognizing style and fashion, the Best Dressed award for men was bestowed upon the influential Enioluwa Adeoluwa, while Beauty Tukura, an ex-BBNaija contestant, claimed the prestigious honor for women.
