Wife of the President, Aisha Buhari has plans to travel to the United States, despite allegations that she is wanted there for a pending case, Sahara Reporters report.
The online news resource claim that an official invitation letter received by the first lady stipulates that she should be in the United States from the 1st of August to the 10th to attend bilateral meetings at the George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. She will also be hosted by the United States Institute of Peace in collaboration with Voice of America media organization.

The information is of particular interest because of the accusation meted out by controversial Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose who claimed that Aisha Buhari was a wanted woman in the United States and was tied to the Halliburton scandal of a few years ago.
