Folarin Alakija, the son of the richest woman in Africa, Folorunsho Alakija, will be walking down the aisle with the daughter of an Iranian businessman.

Alakija is ranked by Forbes as the richest woman in Africa with an estimated worth of $2.1billion and was listed as the second most powerful woman in Africa.

Her son Folarin, who was once married, lost his first wife to cancer a few years ago and has since then remained single.

He will be marrying Naganin, daughter of Tehran and Iran-based businessman, on the 19th of November 2016, in the Grand Ballroom of Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The wedding is coming about four months after the celebration of the 65th birthday of his mother.

A lot of frenzy and buzz is currently circulationg among their social circles as the richest and well respected socialite plans her son’s wedding. Top dignitaries all over the world are said to have been invited for the special occasion.
