Adele and her partner Simon Konecki have just given us the definition of “relationship goals.”
The couple, who have a son, Angelo, and have been together for five years try to stay out of the limelight, making fans to work extra hard to get a glimpse of their love life and romance.
Adele herself has opened up about her desire to keep her son and partner away from the spotlight her career has created.
So when during Adele’s concert in Nashville, love notes written on pink confetti in celebration of the couple’s fifth anniversary, were showered over the crowd, it came as a bit of a shock to fans who were surprised the couple had let them in on this romantic moment.
According to E! Online, concert attendees are typically showered with white confetti toward the end of the show. The confetti are usually decorated with handwritten lyrics to Adele’s signature songs, like “Rolling in the Deep” and “When We Were Young.”
However, in a romantic twist, attendees of the concert noticed there were pink strips also falling along with the white ones. The colorful notes featured handwritten messages like “I love you”, “Love you long time”, “You are an angel” and “Happy Anniversary.”
It was speculated that the notes were crafted by Konecki in celebration of their fifth anniversary as a couple.
