The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has said that that all the individuals who attended the burial of late chief of staff to the President, Abba Kyari have tested negative to COVID-19.
This was announced on Sunday via the Twitter handle of the FCTA which stated that the burial attendees were quarantined and tested for the virus.
Abba Kyari died from COVID-19 complications on April 17 and was buried on the 18th.

The burial of the late Government official was thronged by a crowd which grossly violated social distancing rules.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) subsequently announced that the attendees would be placed on mandatory isolation and tested.
The FCTA however announced on Sunday that the individuals all tested negative and have been reunited with their families.
“MALLAM ABBA KYARI’S BURIAL: The FCT Health & Human Services Secretariat is happy to announce that the individuals exposed during the burial of late COS to the President have completed their 14days of isolation. Tests were conducted and they have all tested NEGATIVE to #COVID19,” the tweet read.
