Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso, Kano State Governor has said that his participation in the All Progressives Congress Presidential Primaries has enhanced his popularity all over the country.
He made this statement during an interview with journalists in his office; he said “I joined the race in order to win the election. However, I came second. I am happy because I am now known all over the country.
“I fought a good fight and I have also lost the battle to a better side. Therefore, I congratulate the winner, General Mohammadu Buhari and I will support him 100 per cent to defeat the incumbent president.”
He also added that he considers Gen. Buhari’s victory as his own.
