Female rappers deserves more respect says Snoop Dogg

2 Min Read

After recently lashing out mercilessly at Iggy Azalea, Snoop Dogg is saying female rappers are not treated as they ought to.

He was recently on the The D.L. Hughley Show and said that “female emcees don’t get the respect that they deserve”

This is irony, considering how Snoop started a feud between himself and Australian rapper Iggy Azalea, calling her a B**ch  and  a F–king c—.for reasons we are yet to comprehend

Although, he has since apologized, we think he should chill for a while before preaching about what he couldn’t practice.

On the show, he was asked what disappointed him the most about the rap game today.

“It’s more about what she look like then what she sound like,” he replied.

Snoop also disclosed how he has managed to stay on top of his game for long.

“I treat everybody with love and eye to eye,” he  said.

“That’s why they call me ‘Uncle Snoop’ now instead of ‘just some old rapper.’ I always treated them with love and respect. No matter how big he was I always looked at him eye to eye. The younger generation could always appreciate me. I love hip hop.”

He is currently working on his new album produced by Pharrell Williams which was scheduled to be released on January 15.
