Nigerian singer, Spyro, has accused music executive, Ubi Franklin, of scamming him of $5,000. According to Spyro, Franklin deceived him into performing at a birthday party in Ghana, claiming that Davido had requested his presence.
In an interview on the Echoroom podcast, Spyro revealed that Franklin refused to pay him the agreed $5,000 after the performance. Despite intervention from Pastor Bolaji, Franklin allegedly ignored Spyro’s requests for payment.
Spyro expressed his disappointment and frustration over the incident, stating that Franklin’s actions were painful and scamming. He warned other artists to be cautious of Franklin’s dealings.
