Peter Okoye Denies Song Theft Allegation, Tells Brother Paul to Let Him Do Music in Peace

1 Min Read

Peter Okoye, aka Mr. P, has responded to his twin brother Paul Okoye’s (Rudeboy) accusation of stealing his song, “Winning.”

Paul claimed that he wrote and sang the song, which was supposed to be released with his album next year, only to find out that Mr. P had released the same song with their former producer, Vampire.

Mr. P denied the allegations, stating that “Winning” was co-written and composed by himself and Calypso60, and produced by Vampire. He emphasized that it’s impossible to steal his own song.

On Instagram, Mr. P wrote, “Person no dey thief him own Property!… Allow me to do my music in peace… Enough of the negativity!”

He encouraged fans to stream his new single, “Winning,” and ignore the distraction.

This public feud is the latest in the ongoing rift between the twin brothers, who were once part of the popular music group P-Square.
