American rapper 50 Cent has revealed that he turned down a whopping $3 million offer to perform at Donald Trump’s rally in New York’s Madison Square Garden. In an interview on The Breakfast Club, 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, shared that he received a call to perform his song “Many Men, Wish Death” at the rally and also at the Republican National Convention for the same amount.
However, 50 Cent declined the offer, citing his fear of politics due to its controversial nature. “I didn’t even go far… I didn’t talk to them about that kinda stuff. I’m afraid about politics. It’s because when you do get involved in it, no matter how you feel, someone passionately disagrees with you,” he stated.
This isn’t the first time 50 Cent has spoken out on sensitive topics. He recently broke his silence on the sex trafficking and rape allegations against fellow rapper Diddy .
