American rapper Meek Mill has announced plans to hire an investigative team to uncover why his name is linked to disgraced music executive Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex trafficking case.
Diddy was arrested by Homeland Security on suspicion of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and interstate transportation for prostitution. He denied all charges and entered a not-guilty plea.
Meek Mill took to social media, offering $100,000 to investigate:
“I wanna hire an investigative team with 100k cash to find out every specific detail involving Meek Mill’s name in Diddy’s case… Who is powering the media to involve ‘Meek’? Something’s not right.”
Meek Mill seeks to uncover those behind the media scrutiny.
Diddy’s bail requests have been rejected twice.
