Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has joined forces with Davido, embracing the mantra “If they don’t hype you, hype yourself.” This comes after Odumodublvck successfully headlined his Canadian tour’s first concert.

Odumodublvck shared a clip of his sold-out show on social media, celebrating his achievement. His post mirrors Davido’s recent statement, where he emphasized the importance of self-promotion.

Davido’s initial post was a response to fans criticizing Nigerian media for allegedly overlooking his song “Unavailable” receiving an RIAA Gold plaque.

Odumodublvck’s celebratory mood follows his nomination for the 2024 BET Hip Hop Awards and his album “Eziokwu” surpassing 50 weeks on Spotify Nigeria’s top 10 album chart.
