Liverpool FC manager Brendan Rodgers recently at a news conference asked that the club and fans be patient with him.
The Reds performance so far in the EPL this season is rather poor given the opponents they have faced so far, with just 6 points out of 12 and a recent defeat to Aston Villa, Rodgers seems to be gradually feeling the pressure.
The 41-year-old Irish coach moved to Liverpool in 2012 and went on to extend his contract by four years in May 2014. Addressing the media Rogers said:
“When the second half of the season comes, we will always be stronger and better.”
He affirmed that 9 summer signings made by Liverpool including ace striker Mario Balotelli are settling and getting accustomed to the club’s style of football.
Expressing confidence in his squad he said: “There is no magic formula, just time & patience with players.”
“We’ll(Liverpool) always find different ways to win games. There’s no magic formula, it’s constant work on the training field,” he added.
