Dammy Krane calls out Davido again, over unpaid debts

Dammy Krane and Davido

Nigerian singer and music executive, Dammy Krane, has once again called out fellow musician Davido, alleging that Davido owes him money and has not paid it back. This public appeal comes over a year after Dammy Krane accused Davido of not compensating him for writing the hook of his song, ‘Pere,’ and claimed that Davido sent individuals to physically assault him for speaking out at that time.

In his recent social media post, Dammy Krane pleaded with Davido to repay the money, and he mentioned his daughter in the appeal. The singer explained that he was not seeking a fight but simply wanted Davido to fulfill his financial obligation.

Dammy Krane also noted that Davido had taken Idowest from his record label, an action he had not previously complained about due to their brotherly relationship. However, he expressed confusion about why Davido wouldn’t pay him for a song he had written, referencing a tweet where Davido acknowledged his contribution to the song.

In his message, Dammy Krane wrote, “I know it is hard for Rich people to pay debts but @davido if not for my sake Blooda, pay me my money, at least because of my daughter’s sake (your niece if at all). School fees are not easy in Nigeria now; everyone is trying to secure their future. We need money; it’s not a big deal.

He added, “Let’s not forget @davido, you took Idowest from my record label. I didn’t talk because I saw you as a brother, and I didn’t drag the artiste (because I had done my part to help him). Genuinely, I want to know why you don’t want to pay me for a song you tweeted that I wrote, after all.
