Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor has signed a new four-year contract at the club.
The striker, who has been in talks with the club for several weeks, finally agreed to a four-year deal, the 27-year-old told AVFC TV
“I’m over the moon and excited for the next four years. It’s a great feeling to be part of Aston Villa.”
“It has gone quickly. I can still remember my debut and the past 10 years have gone by crazy quick,” he added.
The Birmingham-born youngster has been with the Villans for most of his football career, scoring over 60 goals in 270 games. He is a product of Aston Villa’s Academy.
Agbonlahor:
“The club has been great to me and the fans have been great through hard times and the last three or four years have been hard times for the club.
“They have stuck by me as a player and hopefully I can pay them back through my performances over the next four years.”
