Sport Minister, Others Knock Luis Rubiales For Kissing Female Player In The Spirit Of Jubilation
Rubiales’ behaviour was described as “unacceptable” by Spain’s acting culture and sports minister Miquel Iceta. The minister called on Rubiales to explain his actions and apologise.
