Hunter Biden: David Archer’s Statement Shows President’s Son Violated FARA – Rep Donalds

1 Min Read
Hunter and Joe Biden

United States Congressman, Byron Donalds says the statement by Devon Archer, a former business partner of Hunter Biden, has shown that the First Son violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

The Foreign Agents Registration Act passed in 1938 is a critical federal law that requires individuals acting on behalf of foreign entities to disclose their activities and relationships.

The law promotes transparency and safeguards against foreign influence on the U.S. government and its officials.

Hunter Biden has been in the news for the wrong reasons following his lucrative work for Chinese and Ukrainian figures, including during his father’s vice presidency.

This also includes two misdemeanor tax counts and a gun possession felony.

Archer served alongside Hunter Biden on the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company, beginning in 2014.

According to Archer, the value of adding Hunter Biden to Burisma’s board was “the brand.”

Reacting to Archer’s statement before the House Oversight Committee, Rep. Byron Donalds said that Devon Archer’s statement supports the evidence of Hunter Biden receiving millions as an unregistered foreign agent, violating FARA.
