At 32 years old, Asa, renowned for managing the popular musician Davido, proudly shared that he pays the salaries of over a hundred dedicated staff members each month, despite not possessing an undergraduate degree. In a recent conversation with social media influencer Smart Money Arese, Asa revealed some intriguing details about his journey.
Acknowledging the diversity of individual stories and paths to success, Asa emphasized that there is no fixed route one must take to achieve their goals. His experience stands as a testament to this truth. As the head of multiple management and entertainment firms, Asa dropped out of school and pursued an alternative path, which has led him to his current thriving position.
“I firmly believe that everyone’s story is different, and everyone’s path is different,” Asa shared. He recognized that societal norms often dictate that certain milestones, such as obtaining a degree, are necessary to attain specific objectives. However, Asa’s accomplishments challenge this conventional wisdom.
While managing various enterprises, Asa revealed that one of his companies alone provides salaries for 45 individuals on a monthly basis. Furthermore, considering his other business ventures, he approximated that he supports around 100 individuals through their employment, without holding a degree.
