Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) President Chris Giwa, has reportedly taken issues concerning the rejection of his election by FIFA to CAS.
In the Letter written to CAS, he asked that the September 8 deadline given to NFF by FIFA be extended, while the filed report is reviewed.
An anonymous source from FIFA claims “We have received notification that Mr Giwa has taken FIFA to CAS over his purported election as NFF President on Aug 26.”
The conflict have attracted lawmakers in the country as Chris Giwa was asked to step down for the benefit of the Nation.
Giwa was also invited for questioning by EFCC for a supected 250 million Naira fraud according to TodayNg.
