Zlatan Ibrahimovic has become Sweden’s all-time record scorer.
The 32-year-old scored a brace in Sweden’s friendly against Estonia to reach 50 international goals overtaking the Sven Rydell who completed 49 goals in 1932.
Zlatan had a special message to the fans after achieving his record, the player took off his jersey to reveal a massage which read ‘You made it all possible.’
After making his international debut in 2001, Ibrahimovic scored his first goal for Sweden in his competitive debut – a 3-0 victory over Azerbaijan in a World Cup qualifier.
Since then the captain has gone on to score crucial goals in his country’s recent international history.
