Kwankwaso will be president of Nigeria in 2023 – Buba Galadima

2 Min Read

Popular politician, Buba Galadima says former Governor of Kano State, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso will succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.

He stated this while appearing as a guest on Channels Television’s television programme, “Sunday Politics”.

Galadima said that no Nigerian seeking the 2023 presidency possesses the kind of qualifications that Kwankwaso does.

According to him, there are only two political parties in Nigeria – “New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), under whose platform Kwankwaso is contesting, and the rest”.

Reminded that the party was the newest in the country, Galadima stated that NNPP was founded 22 years ago but got reinvigorated two months ago.

Galadima said that the party has sent shivers across the spines of other political parties in the country.

“Our candidate is going to be the next president of Nigeria, God willing.”

Asked who that candidate was, the NNPC chieftain said, “We’ve sold our forms. We’ve closed the sale of forms.

“Only one person bought the form to become president. So, he is unopposed.

“He is the only candidate in Nigeria who is sure that he is going to be on the ballot come March 2023: Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.

“He is the only politician in Nigeria, the only one that’s got the CV that nobody has got.

“He was Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives. He was a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“He was a Defence Minister. He was Ambassador Plenipotentiary. He was Governor of Kano for eight years.

“No Nigerian today has got that qualification.”
