Presidential aspirants invited for dinner at the State House by First Lady, Aisha Buhari were instructed not to come with their phones, it has emerged.
The Punch reported getting hold of the invitation letter which stipulated the directive.
According to the report, their invitation cards would serve as entry pass.
The directive, however, did not apply to Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, as well as governor’s and ministers that are also expected, the report stated.
An aide to the First Lady, Aliyu Abdullahi described the directive as standard protocol when contacted on the matter.
