A Benin Republic immigrant, Fati Sime, and her son, Adamu Sime, recently arrested in Mose community in Kaima Local Government Area of Kwara State over alleged incest, has been deported.
The Herald reported that operatives of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC in Kwara had last week arrested the immigrant and her son for the alleged incestuous act.
The sexual relationship between mother and son, regarded as taboo in the country, has reportedly produced three children.

The NSCDC spokesman, Babawale Zaid Afolabi confirmed the deportation on Monday.
“Fati and her first son, Adamu, were deported with the directive of Commandant’s after the investigation and handed over to the Benin Republic operatives at the border.
“But during the investigation, the first son, Adamu confessed that he has been having carnal knowledge of his mother for seven years,” Afolabi added.
