Nicole Young has landed a major victory in her ongoing divorce battle with estranged husband, Dr. Dre.

According to reports, a judge has ruled out Dr. Dre’s chosen divorce attorney Laura Wasser and his own personal lawyer Howard King.

Laura Wasser is known as one of LA’s biggest divorce attorneys, repping clients including Kim Kardashian.

Nicole Young’s lawyer, Samantha Spector, had been trying to disqualify King and Wasser from the case, since Young claimed King had acted as she and Dre’s family lawyer since the couple was engaged.

According to court papers filed in LA this week, the judge ordered Dre, 56, full name Andre Romelle Young ‘to obtain counsel as soon as possible’ meaning he has to find a new lawyer.

This new development comes days after Dr. Dre filed legal documents in his already nasty divorce with the mother-of-two as he claims that her abuse allegations an attempt to squeeze money out of him as there is $1billion on the line.

The music tycoon held a gun to her head, punched her in the face and slammed her against a wall, lifting her off her feet by her neck, she declared.

Dre had been paying Nicole $293,000 a month in support, but she is asking the court to force him to pay her almost $2million a month, plus another $5million for attorney fees.
