Senator for Kogi West in the 8th Senate, Dino Melaye says the failures of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has led to the killing of many Nigerians.
Dino Melaye, who is a former APC member, stated this in a tweet on Wednesday evening, amid rising insecurity in the country.
In an incident that shocked the world, 43 rice farmers had their throats slit in Zabarmari, Borno State in November.
A raid on a mostly Christian village of Pemi, Borno state by Boko Haram terrorists on Christmas Eve led to the killing of 11 people.
At least 10 people were killed in Shafa, Azare and Tashan Alade villages, also in Borno state, two days after.
Reacting, blamed the constant killings on the “colossal and gross ineptitude and incompetence” of the ruling APC.
Dino Melaye said, “The cemetery is full of people who should be alive but for the colossal and gross ineptitude and incompetence of the Apc led Federal Government.”
