Electric car Giant, Tesla Inc. has won its case against a former employee who stole large volumes of company data and sold them to third parties in a Nevada U.S. District Court.
According to court documents filed on Thursday, Tesla fired the employee, Martin Tripp for hacking the company’s data vault and sending out to third parties.
Tesla filed a lawsuit against the former staff, who worked at the Gigafactory of the electric car maker in Nevada after he claimed to have written software that hacked Tesla’s manufacturing operating system and transferred a large volume to third parties. Tesla also accused the former staff of making false claims to the media.
