Big Brother Naija evicted housemate, Tochi has denied rumors claiming he called disqualified housemate, Erica a gold digger.

Tochi via his official Twitter page on Tuesday, explained that his words were misinterpreted. According to him, his statement was that Erica is an Igbo lady and ambitious but not a gold digger.

Tochi tweeted: “My words “Erica is Igbo like me we don’t like to suffer and she is very ambitious, since she set foot inside the house she knew what she wanted was to win I love her driving spirit”

“Never called her a gold digger” and to those that heard wrong I apologise.”

His statement comes after he was called out over a video in which he was spotted having a conversation with Brighto and Laycon. In the viral video, Tochi was heard talking about what “Erica was looking for in the house”.

Via a post, Prince expressed his shock and appreciation in the fact that his fans want to see his dream of opening his own salon come true.

To him, the love and care they have shown him are enough and the fact that they think of his well being is a great thing to him. However, he revealed that he can’t accept the money because this is not the time for Nigerians to give away their hard-earned money as the Coronavirus pandemic has harmed the finances of many.
