UFC Welterweight Champion, Kamaru Usman says former interim champion, Colby Covington should have his jaw broken for attacking the National Basketball Association (NBA) and LeBron James.
The Auchi, Nigeria-born mixed martial artist stated this in a Thursday morning tweet.
Kamaru Usman was reacting to a tweet by Covington accusing the NBA and James of hypocrisy over support for anti-racial prejudice causes.
The NBA was forced to postpone all three playoff games scheduled for Wednesday night after players from the Milwaukee Bucks, Houston Rockets, Oklahoma City Thunder, Los Angeles Lakers, and Portland Trail Blazers chose not to play to in protest of police brutality.
Rather than canceling the games outright, the league announced that it would reschedule each matchup later.
Reacting in a tweet, Covington stated, “Oh wow, you postponed your games?! Wanna prove you’re really about change? Quit your multi million dollar jobs and soft privileged lives playing a kids game, take a massive pay cut and perform the toughest job in America. Become cops!!!! @NBA@MLB@KingJames”

Recall that Kamaru Usman beat Covington through a fifth-round technical knockout in UFC 245 on December 15, 2019.
