Probiotics are harmless bacteria. They are live microorganisms that protects the body against diseases. They can be found in foods like yogurt and soy beverages. Researches are being made to establish on the potential ability of probiotics to treat diseases like irritable bowel syndrome, skin infections and certain cancer types.
- Calcium-filled foods
Broken bones can be effectively healed with calcium-rich food items. Vitamin D is also incorporated as it helps the body to absorb the calcium. The sources include, dairy and dairy products, green vegetables, fatty fish, nuts and beans.
