According to him, Nigeria can develop local herbal mixture, which, he says, has worked for the people of Madagascar.

He also stressed that some Nigerians, who were specialists in herbal medicine, should be directed to come up with homemade solutions to the scourge.

The monarch expressed the belief that there could be a breakthrough if those given the assignment were properly monitored and motivated.

He lauded Gov. Kayode Fayemi for his purposeful leadership, particularly in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic in the state.

The royal father enjoined the people of the state to adhere strictly to the guidelines provided by the government and the health professionals in order to break the chain of transmission of the deadly virus.
