Pictures of the national chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole, have been taken down from APC national secretariat on Wednesday.

According to a report by TheCable, all visible sights of his pictures were also totally removed from APC’s secretariat in Wuse, Abuja.

Movements in and out of the premises of the secretariat were strictly monitored by security operatives.

It was also gathered that the billboard which displayed a photo of President Muhammadu Buhari and that of Oshiomohole has been taken down and replaced with a billboard showing only President Buhari.

Reports claim that security agents on Friday, March 6, prevented some aides of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole to gain entrance into the All Progressives Congress (APC) secretariat in Abuja.

The Herald gathered that the security operatives also turned back staff, visitors and journalists who wanted to enter the building.

Meanwhile, Oshiomole had been suspended by an interim order restraining him from parading himself as the National Chairman of APC.

Justice Senchi Z. Danlami of an FCT High Court ordered the suspension of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as APC chairman.

The judge gave the order on Wednesday in Jabi following an application by one Oluwale Afolabi seeking an interlocutory injunction asking the court to suspend Oshiomhole, having been suspended as a member of the APC by the party in Edo state.

Joining the National Chairman and APC as first and second respondents, the appellant contended that since his suspension by the party, the party boss has not challenged it in the court.

The appellant further argued that since the suspension temporarily deprived him of the privileges of being an APC member, Oshiomhole could not continue to act as national chairman of the party.

A Federal High Court sitting in Kano has voided the suspension of APC National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.
