Manchester United loanee, Odion Ighalo is free to travel with the club’s Europa League squad to Belgium to face Club Brugge next week.
The 30-year-old Nigerian was signed on a six-month-long loan from Shanghai Shenhua on deadline day.
As one of the persons who travelled from China to the United Kingdom at the time the coronavirus is raging in the South-East nation, he has been monitored for 14 days.
However, he was not quarantined as he travelled from Shanghai, and not Wuhan, where the coronavirus was first discovered.
Ighalo was left out of United’s contingent to Spain last week.
Since the two-week period runs out next week, the club says Ighalo will be travelling with the team to face Club Brugge after he was added to the Europa League squad.
However, Ighalo is expected to make his United debut against rivals Chelsea three days before the Europa League game.
