Prof Aloysius-Michael Okolie, the national president of the Nigerian Political Science Association (NPSA), declared that it’s not possible for an Igbo man to emerge as Nigerian president in 2023.
Okolie explained that the chances of an Igbo presidency in 2023 were highly unlikely due to the political structure of Nigeria which is against people of the southeast.
The professor of political science pointed out that some ethnic groups in the country marginalize people of the southeast zone.
He urged all political zones in the country to make efforts at replicating the south-west’s security outfit called Operation Amotekun.
