The senator representing Anambra South in the Ninth Senate, Sen. Ifeanyi Ubah has been ordered to vacate his seat.
A Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court in the Kubwa area of Abuja gave the order on Friday.
Ubah was elected on the platform of the Young Progressives Party (YPP).
Justice Bello Kawu declined Ubah’s request to set aside an earlier order in a judgment delivered by the court on April 11, 2019.
Justice Kawu’s earlier judgement sacked the senator for allegedly submitting a forged National Examination Council (NECO) certificate to contest the February 23, 2019, senatorial election.
