Watford has spent £7m to bring Udinese striker Ignacio Pussetto to the Vicarrage Road.
Pusseto, 24, joined Udinese from Huracan in Argentina in 2018.
The striker had often been used from the bench and had only featured 14 times this season scoring one goal.
In his time at the Italian club, he managed five goals in 50 appearances.
Watford had gone through two managers this season but seem to have settled to a new era under manager Nigel Pearson rising from the ashes of relegation battle and climbing up the log with each game.
Four wins from five games say it all. As the saying goes, numbers don’t lie.
Ignacio Pussetto has been an under-appreciated talent at Udinese and treated as excess addition but may yet find a home in England’s top-tier.
