Biodun Fatoyinbo, the founder and Senior Pastor of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), on Tuesday, faced intense questioning over the rape allegations levelled against him by wife a popular musician, Busola Dakolo.
Dakolo had alleged that the cleric raped her 20 years ago when she was a teenager in Ilorin, Kwara State.
Fatoyinbo was questioned at the Force Criminal Investigation Department, Garki Area 10, Abuja, by a team of detectives led by Assistant Comissioner of Police, Adaku Anya.
He was, however, was granted an administrative bail around 9pm.

Herald Nigeria also learnt that the detectives also questioned the COZA pastor in Port Harcourt, Wole Soetan, and his counterpart in Lagos, Folarin Ogunsola.
Confirming the development in earlier on Tuesday, the force spokesman, DCP Frank Mba, said, “He is still with us, but I can’t say if he would be released tonight (last night). It depends on if he meets his bail conditions.”
Mba added that many witnesses had been questioned, adding that the investigation would soon be concluded.
