Juventus are keen on signing Paul Pogba in a £150million deal from Manchester United, according to reports.
The transfer window at Italia Serie A won’t close until September 2, meaning Pogba can still leave Old Trafford within three weeks.
The 26-year-old was expected to join Real Madrid before the close of the English transfer window but the La Liga giants failed to agree terms with Manchester United.
It was also learnt that Juventus are desperately scrambling to raise the necessary funds for the transfer and are trying to sell Croatian striker Mario Mandzukic.

Offloading Paulo Dybala to Paris Saint-Germain is another option if Real Madrid follow through with their interest in Brazilian superstar Neymar.
Both Mandzukic and Dybala were linked with Manchester United towards the end of the summer transfer window and Juve are ready to sacrifice the duo to help fund a move for Pogba.
Manchester United is said to be ready to allow Pogba to leave, if a suitable offer is received.
Pogba is expected to start for Manchester United on Sunday in their Premier League opener against Frank Lampard’s Chelsea.
