Former Aviation Minister, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has said that the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2019 general election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, should be getting inaugurated today rather than President Muhammadu Buhari.
The controversial ex-minister stated this while reacting to Wednesday’s second term inauguration of President Muhammadu Buhari at the Eagle Square, Abuja.

Fani-Kayode, a fierce critic of Buhari and the All Progressives Congress, supported Atiku and the PDP during the 2019 general election.
Taking to Twitter, the ex-minister said, “Behold the old mandate has expired and a new one has begun.
“This should have been Atiku and PDP’s day but you shamelessly stole it.
“Evil has an expiry date and every cruel act shall attract divine retribution!”
