Following a series of killings in the Ajah – Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos state a week ago, some other suspected cultists have lost their lives yet again.
The latest attacks were carried out around Imalete Alafia and Igbojiya area in Ibeju-Lekki on April 22, 2019.
The first victim, a young man simply known as Focus, met his end at the hands of a group of a rival cult members who approached him around 10 am at the Igbojiya area.
He is said to have gone to a local joint where one of the security men in the area sells cooked noodles and some other food items.
However, his attackers soon surrounded him and tried to kill him by shooting at him.
When they realized the gunshots did not affect him in any way, they resulted in using machetes and axes on him.
According to reports, Focus still made attempts to escape from the scene but he was too weak as a result of the injuries on his head, neck, and other parts of his body.
He eventually gave up the ghost at a nearby community.
Reports equally have it that the rival cult group later murdered another individual in Imalete Alafia town.
