Kenya’s former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, found Nigeria as the ideal example to make jokes on corruption during a summit in the nation’s capital on Saturday.
During his speech, Odinga explained how a particular Nigerian Minister had gotten a hint on how to steal public funds from another Malaysia minister. He then stated that the Nigerian minister traveled back to Nigeria and modified what he had learned.
He equally mentioned the fact that public servants in Nigeria are fond of converting public funds to build state-of-the-art houses for themselves.
