It was the most talked about fight for weeks. Every UFC fan was excited by the match up between undefeated Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor.
While the Russian won the fight, he immediately marred the fight by jumping out of the octagon to fight against members of McGregor’s team while members of his own team invaded the octagon with one punching McGregor in the face.
Khabib dominated the fight, winning it in the fourth-round after getting Conor in a chokehold which the fighter had to tap out to escape from.

With all the wild scenes going about, UFC President Dana White said he was unable to sanction giving Khabib his belt after the fight.
3 members of the Russian’s team were arrested and his fight money has also been withheld pending an investigation.
“I know if we put the belt on him [Nurmagomedov] in the octagon there’ll be things thrown,” said White. “I just said let’s just try and get him out of here.
“What happens here is three guys have been arrested, there’s going to be charges against them for sure. Those three guys, are they even going to get a visa to come back here? There’s a lot of things that they haven’t realised yet.”
